The Spark That Ignited Our Journey
Nicole M. Augustine is the founder of RIZE. In the transformative season of autumn in 2014, Nicole’s world was forever changed as she embraced the profound responsibility of becoming a caregiver for her cherished grandmother, battling the challenges of dementia. Her grandmother, more than a familial figure, was the woman who had raised her, serving as a pillar of strength and guidance throughout her life. This momentous period did not just signify a personal transformation for Nicole; it marked the beginning of RIZE Consultants, a shift from the confines of a 9-5 job to the freedom and responsibility of entrepreneurship, fueled by love, duty, and a deep-seated sense of purpose.
